So I've realized how far ahead Beric is getting in experience compared to other players and it is making me feel pretty bad. I'm thinking that making the change to milestoning in Consequences of War would be very beneficial in the long run.

We could have our next long rest bump everyone to level 7 and from then on go by milestones. That way Harold can just determine when in the story it would be best for us to be level 8. Harold wouldn't have to add anything into the game that he didn't want to just for us to get extra XP so we can be at whatever level he wants. I know Marcus and Charles' characters are just starting at 6th level so they are a ridiculous amount of XP behind us.

Would this work out for everyone and you, Harold?

This might not be a bad idea, especially if the idea is to merge the two campaigns at the end of Tiamat.
